Breaking Ground on Smith Street

Our mul­ti-res­i­den­tial project on Smith Street has just bro­ken ground. You can see the demo­li­tion of the pre­vi­ous build­ing is com­plete, leav­ing intact the her­itage façade which will pro­vide an inter­face with the street con­text for the oth­er­wise mod­ern build­ing. We look for­ward to shar­ing more design and con­struc­tion updates as the project devel­ops on-site.
