Nearing Completion – Newburgh Place

New­burgh Place is a bespoke mul­ti-res­i­den­tial build­ing cen­tral­ly locat­ed in Auburn Vil­lage, cur­rent­ly near­ing com­ple­tion and avail­able for purchase. 

The glass brick fea­ture on the façade of New­burgh Place, com­ple­ment­ed by tex­tured con­crete and fine steel bal­cony details. With a north­ern bound­ary abut­ting Vic­track land, the glass blocks allow a beau­ti­ful illu­mi­na­tion of the inte­ri­or whilst achiev­ing a com­pli­cat­ed fire and struc­tur­al sep­a­ra­tion require­ment. This result­ing grid serves as inspi­ra­tion for the diverse mate­r­i­al palette expressed through­out the building.
